Backporch Broadcast has a minimum bench charge of $110.00 for each piece of equipment to be repaired.  This fee covers the cost of a thorough evaluation.  Upon completion of evaluation a formal, written estimate is faxed or e-mailed to the client with projected parts, labor and pricing.  If the client chooses to proceed with the repair, the $110.00 evaluation fee is absorbed into the cost of the repair.  All clients will be notified of substantial or unsuspected increases in the cost of a repair.
